Informal Mediation
As with any mediation, any agreement between parties is not legally binding until a Court makes an Order.
If both parties however, are able to communicate reasonably well and both are wanting to form an agreement that is in the best interests of, foremost, the child(ren) and their family, arrangements can be made to meet at a mutually agreeable venue to discuss proposals to form a way forward for all involved.
